2. Identify the necessary skills to qualify employee in job function.
a. Determine training requirement and training methods for each job skill.
b. Using established written procedures and process documentation, establish written and practical tests to qualify employees’ job skills.
c. Using the successful performers and supervisors as trainers, develop skills to be covered with performance training, practice and test associated with each skill.
3. Working with Production leadership, build database of employees qualified on which jobs.
4. Ensure training meets OSHA requirements.
5. Determine if updated training is required and how frequently.
6. Review training procedures annually to determine updates required.

Duties include:
Type or scan old process document into updated formats.
Prepare/revise documents and procedures from Engineers directions.
Assign document numbers to new documents in accordance with prescribed rules.
Create/Edit info. Cards in Master Control.
Maintain/Update External Document List.
Maintain the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process.
Develop electronic routings in Master Control.
Develop and maintain procedures pertinent to the Document Control Dept.
Develop and maintain the Organizer module in MasterControl.
Develop user accounts in MasterControl.
Develop and maintain the System Module with the exception of IT programming.
Maintain the approval module-Add/Delete Routes as necessary.
